I remember mixing the refractory cement. I remember pouring the concrete. I remember how exciting it was to lift the dome of the oven onto the trailer (and to figure out HOW to lift the dome onto the trailer) and most of all just how divine of a feeling it was to light the first fire.

I love that feeling so much I have decided to do it again. As many of you already know, here at The Uproot Pie Co. I am expanding. I have been training a new (rockstar) team and am just delighted to send another Uproot oven out into the mid-coast.

Your support and enthusiasm for what I have been doing over the past 8 years has given me the confidence to know that the mid-coast is ready for more Uproot Pie.
