Rugelach is a filled pastry originating in the Jewish communities of Poland. Once made with yeast we now make these delectable treat with cream cheese to make a flaky dough.
This is my favorite version filled with currants, walnuts, cinnamon and sugar.
Each order is for 1/2 dozen cookies. Best eaten the day-of but also great with Coffee on the Porch coffee the next morning. Enjoy!
